This is no place for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. If you came to camp Burrells Ford Campground is a tremendous place to do that, needless to say you could also check out Chattooga Lake while you're here; it's not far at all. There's so much to do here at Hattooga Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Camp Chatuga is a good place for that, and do take a hike on the Three Forks Trail. For the period of the                  warm days of summer, highs typically are in the 70's at Hattooga Lake while night lows are commonly in the 50's. Highs throughout the wintertime are usually in the 40's, and after the sun is down through the wintertime temperatures at Hattooga Lake descend into the 20's. This lake is so wonderful.
