This lake is so wonderful. Carolinas Golf Course is a wonderful golf course nearby, and dry warm beds await you at Comfort Inn Easley. Hamby Pond really is in the middle of a lovely outdoors paradise. You're sure to run into some cheerful folks from Anderson here. A wonderful place to camp here at Hamby Pond is Keowee-Toxaway state Natural Area, and Bogg Mountain can be seen from Hamby Pond. A great deal of precipitation falls       at Hamby Pond; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain, and April is the month with the least moisture. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Double Branch, and Easley-Days Inn West Of Greenville/Clemson Area is a brilliant location to get some rest. All through the months of summer at Hamby Pond temperatures are typically in the 80's. Once the sun is down it sinks down to the 60's. Daytime highs all through the winter are in the 50's, and                  nighttime lows in the 20's for Hamby Pond.
