This lake is so wonderful. For the period of the days of summer, highs mostly are in the 90's at Guignard Pond. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 50's; after the sun is down through the winter temperatures at Guignard Pond fall into the 30's. Guignard Pond truly is in the middle of a gorgeous outdoors paradise. Glide down the rapids of Broad River in a kayak, and for you golfers                  we recommend nearby Indian River Golf Club. Congaree Swamp National Monument is one of the destinations in the vicinity of Guignard Pond that are great to go to, and there are other places here than Guignard Pond, for example Feigles Pond.
