Throughout the days of summer highs here at Geigers Pond reach the 90's. Summer overnight lows fall down to the 70's. Throughout the winter the highs are usually in the 50's, and overnight lows in the 30's for Geigers Pond. A glorious spot right next door to Geigers Pond is Buyck Bottom, and a nice close by hotel is Sleep Inn Orangeburg. This lake is so wonderful. If you're here at Geigers Pond,       you could pop by Congaree Spring Branch, and if you need a place to stay Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Orangeburg, Sc is a brilliant choice. That right there is a lot already, but it continues; Geigers Pond has it all. Camping at Wheat water Lake Campground is always a good experience. Geigers Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; July is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is October. A wonderful place to camp here at Geigers                  Pond is Sesquicentennial State Park; people from Orangeburg love to come here.
