Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 50's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Garvins Pond drop into the 20's. A glorious location to camp here at Garvins Pond       is Aiken state Natural Area; Quality Inn is a nice location to get some rest. Garvins Pond gets a large amount of water; all through the month of March you get the most rain around here, and November is the month with the least moisture.
