Summertime highs at Fort Pond usually tend to be in the 90's. Summer overnight lows sink down to the 70's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's, and winter nights come with lows in the 30's to Fort Pond. This lake is so wonderful. A delightful lake like Rast Pond close to Fort Pond is a fine site to stop at, and you're sure to encounter some friendly people from Columbia here. Fort Pond sees pretty       high levels of precipitation; the wettest month of the year is generally July, that's the one that rains the most, and November is when it's the driest. Broad River is a great whitewater spot in close proximity to Fort Pond, and Fort Pond is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, River Bottom Farms is a perfect local campground. A quick journey to Lynch Branch in the vicinity of Fort Pond is a delightful idea; dry warm beds await you at Comfort Suites                  Lexington. You clearly have to like Fort Pond. Rast Pond is a perfect lake close to Fort Pond, and Ramada Limited Lexington is a nice place to get some rest.
