This lake is so wonderful. If you need a location to stay Hampton Ste Florence Civic Ctr is a good choice, and next to Forest Lake you locate a golf course called The Traces Golf Club. There are other locations here than Forest Lake, for example       Oakdale Lake, and you're sure to run into some fine people from Florence here. You imagine that's enough? Just getting warmed up. Beaverdam Creek is a stream that you may come across while you're here. Camping at Point South KOA is always a great experience, and lakes are such calm places, why not visit Murry Pond. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Forest Lake, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. During the winter highs                  are mostly in the 50's, and night lows in the 30's for Forest Lake.
