Drafts Pond is a quite wet place frequently with a lot of precipitation; most of the rain falls through July, and November on the other hand is the driest. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the fun stuff at Drafts Pond. Drafts Pond is nice enough to spend more than a day at, Poinsett state Park is a nice local campground.
