If you are in this part of South Carolina make sure to pay a visit to Cypress Lake. At Cypress Lake during the months of summer highs are in the 90's while nighttime lows are usually in the 60's. All through the wintertime the highs are commonly in the 50's while the cold winter nights at Cypress Lake are in the 30's. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side journey to Horse Branch; you can stay the night at Las Vegas KOA.

| | Motel - Manning is a brilliant choice. There's so much to do here at Cypress Lake that you need to camp here for a while, Woods Bay state Natural Area is a delightful place for that. The high level of rainfall makes Cypress Lake a reasonably wet place; of all the months in a year July is the one with the most rain while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Econo Lodge Timmonsville is a tremendous spot to get some rest, and there are plenty of folks from Florence here.
