Cross Lake is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. All the water falling down from the sky makes Cross Lake a wet place; July is when you get the most rain here while April is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Camping is available at Williamson's Lake Park; after a long day outdoors Myrtle Beach-Days Inn Conway is a great spot to spend a night or two. The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Cross Lake.

| | When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. All through the winter highs are frequently in the 50's; after the sun is down throughout the winter temperatures at Cross Lake dip into the 30's.
This lake is so wonderful. A swamp like Brunson Swamp close to Cross Lake has lots of exciting things to see, and a good nearby hotel is Sleep Inn Conway. Camping at Big Cypress Lake RV Park/fishing Retreat is always a great experience. Lakes? Sure, Burrell Little Lake is around here. Why not stop by nearby Chinners Swamp if you're here at Cross Lake.
