High temperatures at Coneross Creek Reservoir during the long summer days are in the 80's, and during the night it cools down to the 60's. Daytime highs during the wintertime are in the 50's, and nighttime lows in the 20's for Coneross Creek Reservoir. This lake is so wonderful. Take a hike on the Winding Stairs Trail, and a delightful       nearby hotel is Jameson Inn Seneca. Hiking along the Chattooga Trail is delightful fun; after a long day outdoors Days Inn Seneca/Clemson is a good location to spend a night or two. If only every place had this much outdoors amusing things, what a great planet it would be. Camping at Keowee Falls RV Park is always a great experience, and whitewater paddling is good on Chauga River. Have a splendid hiking adventure along the Burrells Ford Trail, and some                  of the water close by flows, like Negro Fork. This lake is so wonderful. While you're here at Coneross Creek Reservoir, you could also visit gorgeous Reids Pond; get drenched paddling on Cedar Creek. Coneross Creek Reservoir is great enough to spend more than a day at, Yellow Branch Campground is a great local campground; if you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Oconee Country Club is in the neighborhood.
