Throughout the warmest time of the year at Bruners Pond highs are typically in the 90's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. and if you're a golfer then a perfect nearby course is Northwoods Golf Club. There's so much to do here at Bruners Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Sesquicentennial State Park is a tremendous spot for that, and if you're
going to from Columbia, you won't be the only one. A lot of precipitation falls at Bruners Pond; the month with most of the rain is March while November is the month with the least amount of precipitation.
Drift down the rapids
of Broad River in a kayak, and Entrance Lake Dam is a beautiful place, undeniably worth a visit. If you come at the right time of year, Saluda River offers some great whitewater.
