This place, Broadway Lake, it definitely has so much outdoors enjoyable stuff. Broadway Lake is a fine location to camp, Sadlers Creek State Recreation Area is a fine location, and a short tour to High Schoals is always worthwhile. If you need a location to stay Knights Inn Anderson/Clemson is a fine choice; Pine Lake Golf Club is a golf course close by. For the duration of the months of summer here at Broadway Lake, high       temperatures typically reach the 80's. Once the sun is down it falls down to the 60's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 50's, and during the dark hours in the winter at Broadway Lake temperatures plunge to the 20's. There are some good whitewater spots on Double Branch. Broadway Lake gets lots of water; the month of March is the wettest with most of the rain; April on the other hand is the driest. Stay the night at Big Bass Valley Campground,                  and obviously Broadway Creek is a stunning stream that is worth visiting. This lake is so wonderful. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Rocky River, and Quality Inn Anderson is a perfect site to get some rest.
