Why not camp at No 1 Camps while you're here at Big Pond, and why not a little side tour to Bull Creek. This lake is so wonderful. All our national parks are good locations to visit, and Fort Moultrie National Monument is no exception, and there are perfect spots to discover along the Swamp Fox Trail. This lake is so wonderful. Northeast       Point is pretty next to Big Pond. Lakes? Sure, Moccasin Pond is in the neighborhood. If you need a location to stay Isle of Palms and Wild Dunes by ResortQuest is a wonderful choice, and Jack Creek is an attention-grabbing swamp in the neighborhood of Big Pond. Big Pond sees pretty high levels of rain; during the month of July you get the most rain around here, and November is the month with the least moisture. That right there is a heap already, but it                  carries on; Big Pond has it all. Camping is available at KOA Kampgrounds; there are other sites here than Big Pond, for example Lower Summerhouse Pond. During the summertime months highs here at Big Pond reach the 90's. Once the sun is down it descends down to the 60's.
