At Bells Pond you always meet someone from Columbia, and Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Columbia I-20 @ Clemson Road is a perfect site to get some rest. This lake is so wonderful. Get your pulse rate up on the good whitewater of Broad River, and after a long day outdoors Marina       Inn at Grande Dunes is a pleasant spot to spend a night or two. A glorious spot for whitewater paddling close to Bells Pond is Saluda River, and a tour to Congaree Swamp National Monument is recommended. You feel that's enough? Just getting warmed up.
