Hudson Motel is a fine location to get some rest, and Barnnets Pond is not the only location nearby, Rymers Pond is a nearby lake. For the period of the warm       days of summer here at Barnnets Pond, high temperatures usually reach the 90's while nighttime lows are ordinarily in the 60's. During the wintertime the highs are typically in the 50's; during the dark hours in the wintertime at Barnnets Pond temperatures descend to the 20's. If you came for an overnight stay Bethel Campground is a tremendous location to camp, and whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then, we recommend Saluda River.                  Barnnets Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; March is when you get the most rain here, and the driest month of the year is November. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Capital City Campground while you're here at Barnnets Pond, and you'll possibly meet some people from Columbia here.
