Lake John D Long is a nearby lake that you could take a look at, and if you need a site to stay Super 8 Gaffney is a brilliant choice. This lake is so wonderful. Get wet paddling on Broad River, and Adams Lake is good enough to spend more than a day at, Broad River Campground is a good local campground. Much precipitation falls at Adams Lake; March is when you get the most rain here, and November meanwhile is       the driest month. Sharps Creek is a stream that you may come across while you're here; Adams Lake is a site with many visitors from Union. Glide down the rapids of Kings Branch in a kayak, and if you came to camp Pinecone Campground is a good place to do that. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express GAFFNEY OUTLET MALL I-85 is a delightful site to spend a night or two. Summer brings highs in the 90's                  to Adams Lake, and throughout summer nights temperatures are in the 60's.
