Angell Brook is one of the streams close by that might be worth visiting, and Clear and Branch has a splendid whitewater paddling spot close by. On a pretty day you can stop at Twin Rivers Beach near Woonasquatucket River, and a pretty lake like Whipple Pond is a glorious place to pop by. This lake is so wonderful. Allendale Mill Pond is a brilliant lake close to Woonasquatucket River; a visit to Twin Rivers Beach East is always a fine idea. For the duration

Just can't get enough of Woonasquatucket River. Yawgoo Valley is a fine local ski area, and dry warm beds await you at Courtyard Providence Lincoln. The high level of precipitation makes Woonasquatucket River a rather wet spot; the
month with most of the rain is November, and February is when it's the driest. So much cool stuff to do at Woonasquatucket River, so little time. The Ross Trail offers hiking at its best.
