This lake is so wonderful. Playing golf is lots of fun at Fenner Hill Country Club, and there's whitewater on Quinebaug River for all you adrenaline rush seekers. Wincheck Pond is a wet place that gets much precipitation; through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is February. For the duration of the summertime       at Wincheck Pond highs are usually in the 80's. Summer night lows plunge down to the 50's. Daytime highs all through the wintertime are in the 30's, and overnight lows in the 10's for Wincheck Pond. If you need a place to stay Budget Inn-Near Foxwoods is a delightful choice, and get your pulse rate up on the magnificent whitewater of Matunuck Shore Break. There is a great hiking trail close to Wincheck Pond called the Narragansett Trail, and a brilliant                  close by hotel is La Quinta Inn and Suites Stonington. So many exciting things to do here at Wincheck Pond, too brilliant to be true. Stay the night at Greenwood Hill Family Camp Ground, and if you've had enough of Wincheck Pond, Wincheck Pond is nearby. This lake is so wonderful. Log House Brook flows through this region, and perhaps you're looking for close by lakes? Sure, Long Pond is just a very short distance away. Wincheck Pond Dam is wonderful and it's close to Wincheck Pond.
