This lake is so wonderful. You must undeniably have a look at charming Misquamicut State Beach if you're here at Spring Pond, and a lake nearby is No Bottom Pond. Camping at Timber Creek RV Resort is always a wonderful experience. After a long day outdoors Sandy Shore Motel and Apts is a good site to spend a night or two, and Winnapaug Country       Club is a good golf course nearby. Why not go to close by Mastuxet Brook if you're here at Spring Pond; Spring Pond is not the only location close by, Little Maschaug Pond is a close by lake. This lake is so wonderful. Going for a hike on the Narragansett Trail is always a fine adventure; if you're popping by from Norwich-New London, you won't be the only one. For the period of the months of summer here at Spring Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the                  80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures drop down into the 60's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Spring Pond plunge into the 10's. There are splendid places to explore along the Clayhead Nature Trail; dry warm beds await you at La Quinta Inn and Suites Stonington. Spring Pond commonly gets a large amount of rainfall; during November this area sees the most rain, and the driest of the months is June. So much exciting stuff to do at Spring Pond, so little time.
