The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 80's to Spring Lake while overnight lows are generally in the 50's. Through the winter highs are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Spring Lake are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. If you're a golfer then a great nearby course is Blissful Meadows Golf Club, and Spring Lake is a wonderful site to visit for more than one day, Echo Lake Campground       is a wonderful site to camp nearby. This is no spot for people who don’t like to enjoy themselves. You could also visit Aldersgate Lake while you're here at Spring Lake; it's close by, and the Ross Trail is a good hiking trail nearby. If you love the outdoors, you'll adore Spring Lake. Spring Lake Dam is a lovely spot near Spring Lake; Econo Lodge Sutton is a nice location to get some rest. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Spring Lake has to offer,                  you can camp at Winding Brook Camping Area, and you can hit the beach if you want, Flynns Beach is practically right here. Near Spring Lake you locate the Walkabout Trail which is a great hiking trail, and you'll in all probability meet some folks from Worcester here. It's a great idea to have a look at Chockalog River, it's next to Spring Lake; going for a hike on the Munyan Trail is always a splendid adventure. Get yourself into a kayak and hit Quinebaug River; YWCA Beach is pretty close by if you're in a beach type of mood. This lake is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Comfort Suites Smithfield is a good place to spend a night or two, and get dripping wet paddling on Clear and Branch. Spring Lake is a quite wet place commonly with a great deal of rain; during the month of November you get the most rain around here, and February is when it's the driest. Nearby lakes?
