If you like lakes and you're in this part of Rhode Island you can check out Social Pond. A great deal of precipitation falls at Social Pond; November is the month that gets the most rain while February is typically the driest month. There is a glorious hiking trail in close proximity to Social Pond called the Walkabout Trail; you simply must stop by Coblin Rock since you're here at Social Pond. This lake is so wonderful. There's whitewater on Clear and Branch for all you adrenaline kick people, and State Park Beach is a beach nearby that you can take a look at. to Social Pond.
This lake is so wonderful. There's so much to do here at Social Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Circle CG Farm Campground is a magnificent place for that; a tour to Blackstone River Valley National
Heritage Corridor is worthwhile. Be careful coming to Social Pond, you might not ever want to return back home again. Head up to Yawgoo Valley and strap some skis to your feet; in close proximity to Social Pond you hit upon a golf
course called Bungay Brook Golf Club. If you came to camp Holiday Acres Camping Resort is a great location to do that, and you'll in all probability meet some people from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River here.
At Social Pond
through the summer months highs are in the 80's. All through the dark hours of summer temperatures fall down into the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's while Social Pond overnight low temperatures throughout
the winter are in the 10's. On a fine day at Social Pond you can take a hike along the Ross Trail, and dry warm beds await you at Woonsocket Motor Inn.
