During the months of summer at Sisson Pond highs are typically in the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 60's. All through the wintertime the highs are ordinarily in the 30's while       the cold winter nights at Sisson Pond are in the 10's. Not far from Sisson Pond you obtain some good water scenery at Sisson Pond Dam, and a day at Atlantic Beach is time well spent. Life's too short to enjoy all the fun things close to Sisson Pond. Sisson Pond is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Melville Campground Recreation Area is a splendid local campground, and if you have the time, Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a national park worth taking a look at.
