At Saint Marys Pond during the days of summer highs are in the 80's. Summer overnight lows plunge down to the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Saint Marys Pond. This is a popular spot for folks from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River, and Yawgoo Valley is a great local ski area. An exciting thing to take a look at next to Saint Marys Pond is Saint Marys Pond Dam, and       after a long day outdoors Middletown Travelodge is a great site to spend a night or two. Carr Point is not far from Saint Marys Pond at all, and Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a very great place to check out. Having a splendid time at Saint Marys Pond is uncomplicated. Whitewater paddling is not for everyone but if it's for you then we recommend Matunuck Shore Break, and one of the best things about this spot is its proximity to Peckham                  Beach. So much amusing stuff in the neighborhood of Saint Marys Pond, simply extraordinary. This lake is so wonderful. Camping is available at Meadowlark RV Park, and Econo Lodge Middletown is a splendid place to get some rest. Saint Marys Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; November is when you get the most rain here, and July meanwhile is the driest month. Slate Hill is beautiful and can be seen from Saint Marys Pond; beaches are splendid and Sandy Point Beach is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. Green Valley Country Club is a great golf course nearby; Saint Marys Pond is not the only spot close by, Lawton Valley Reservoir is a close by lake.
