    What a nice lake Point Judith Pond is. If you want a tremendous time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Point Judith Pond. Take a look at nearby The Breachway, and Point Judith Pond is perfect enough to spend more than a day at, Long Cove Camp Sites and Marina is a perfect local campground. A pretty lake like Rum Pond right next door to Point Judith Pond is a tremendous site to go to; a spree to Betty Hull Point is always a pleasant idea. This lake  
   is so wonderful. After a long day outdoors Holiday Inn South Kingstown (Newport Area) is a brilliant spot to spend a night or two; naturally, all our national parks are fine sites to stop by and Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is no exception.
Dry warm beds await you at Budget Inn-N. Kingstown NR Newport; the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Yawgoo Valley. If you're here at Point Judith Pond, you could explore Aguntang
 
               Brook, and a tremendous location to camp here at Point Judith Pond is Fisherman's Memorial State Park. Lots of people from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River come to Point Judith Pond; you can have a good hiking adventure along the Clayhead Nature Trail.
Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Point Judith Pond. When the night sets in temperatures descend down into the 50's. Daytime highs throughout the wintertime are in the 30's while the cold winter nights at Point Judith Pond are in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. On a perfect day it's a fine idea to spend the day at Galilee Beach Club Beach, and do go to Upper Pond, it's a picturesque lake.
Point Judith Pond usually gets much rain; most of the rain falls throughout November, and February meanwhile is the driest month. Be careful coming to Point Judith Pond, you might not ever want to go back home again. In the event that you don't mind getting drenched, you can always go whitewater paddling on Matunuck Shore Break, and if the weather is beautiful, you get a nice vista of Big White Hill from Point Judith Pond. If you want to hit the beach, Sand Hill Cove State Beach is in the vicinity, and while you're here and you like golf, you can stop by Rose Hill Golf Club.
