There's so much to do here at Pine Swamp Reservoir that you need to camp here for a while, Holiday Acres Camping Resort is a delightful place for that. Any time is a great time at Pine Swamp Reservoir if you adore the outdoors. There are plenty of people from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River here at Pine Swamp Reservoir, and you'll never forgive       yourself if you don’t go skiing at Yawgoo Valley if you're here. After a long day outdoors Americas Best Value Inn/North Scituate is a wonderful site to spend a night or two, and not far from Pine Swamp Reservoir you'll find Madison Pond which is a gorgeous lake. This lake is so wonderful. This place is excellent, just look at all the cool stuff to do near Pine Swamp Reservoir. If you haven’t been to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor, you                  must schedule some time for it if you're here, and close by you find the Munyan Trail which is a glorious hiking trail. Hit the beach if you want, Slacks Pond Beach is practically right here, and Kimball Reservoir Dam is scenic. All the water falling down from the sky makes Pine Swamp Reservoir a wet place; most of the rain falls during November while February is frequently the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. Pine Swamp Reservoir is splendid enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Sunrise is a splendid local campground, and on a glorious day you can take a hike along the Ross Trail. For the period of the summertime, highs ordinarily are in the 80's at Pine Swamp Reservoir; the overnight is slightly cooler of course, regularly in the 50's. Throughout the winter this place gets highs in the 30's, and after the sun is down during the winter temperatures at Pine Swamp Reservoir dip into the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Steers Beach, and get your heart beating on the great whitewater of Clear and Branch. A golf course near Pine Swamp Reservoir is Melody Hill Country Club, and why not a little side journey to Brandy Brook. If you need a spot to stay Comfort Suites Smithfield is a great choice; the Walkabout Trail is a good hiking trail close by.
