Go to Nag Pond if you want to go to a nice lake. A day at Rocky Point Beach close to Nag Pond is time well spent, and you'll meet a lot of people from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River here. Through the warm days of summer here at Nag Pond, high temperatures mostly get into the 80's with overnight lows in the 60's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's with winter lows in the 10's overnight here at Nag Pond. This lake is so wonderful. A day on the slopes

| | of Yawgoo Valley is just what you need, and since you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always explore nearby Jenny Pond. A good swamp in the vicinity of Nag Pond is Crows Swamp, and Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a great national park. Man, is there a load of enjoyable stuff to do near Nag Pond. Get dripping wet paddling on Matunuck Shore Break, and camping is available at Melville Campground Recreation Area. This lake is so wonderful. | |

Dry warm beds await you at Bristol Harbor Inn, and why not camp at Paradise Motel while you're here at Nag Pond. If you need a place to stay Econo Lodge Middletown is a glorious choice, and a cool spot to go to is Mount Tom Rock.
If you're here at Nag Pond and you like golf, you can visit Green Valley Country Club, and here at Nag Pond you can spot Pine Hill. If you're here, you might as well go to Johnson Ledge; beaches are fine and Bristol Town Beach is
no exception. Nag Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; all through the month of November you get the most rain around here, and the driest month of the year is July. If only every spot had this much outdoors entertaining
stuff, what a great globe it would be. Take a side journey to Mill Creek; a tour to close by Bear Point is very relaxing.
