A day at Willow Dell Beach right next door to Mill Pond is time well spent, and nice skiing awaits you at Yawgoo Valley. For the period of the summer here at Mill Pond, high temperatures ordinarily reach the 80's. For the duration of the dark hours       of summer temperatures drop down into the 50's. The winter brings highs down to the 30's, and after the sun is down throughout the wintertime temperatures at Mill Pond fall into the 10's. An afternoon playing golf at Rose Hill Golf Club is always a delight, and if you need a place to stay Hampton Inn South Kingstown Newport Area is a tremendous choice. This lake is so wonderful. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Mill Pond has to offer,                  you can camp at Card's Camp; the smiling people of Providence-New Bedford-Fall River like to hang out close by. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the cool stuff at Mill Pond. A visit to Mill Pond wouldn't be complete without taking a look at Dead Man Spring. Swamps don’t sound that good but Green Hill Swamp next to Mill Pond is relatively good, and a splendid beach close by is Roy Carpenters Beach. You'll locate a gorgeous lake called Card Ponds near Mill Pond; there's whitewater on Matunuck Shore Break for all you adrenaline people. This lake is so wonderful. At Mill Pond you can see Blackberry Hill, and swing by Alewife Brook it's a brilliant site to stop at. The high level of precipitation makes Mill Pond a rather wet location; November is the month that gets the most rain; February is when it's the driest. If you want a brilliant time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Mill Pond.
