Why not spend some time golfing at       a nearby golf course like East Greenwich Golf Course. Lakes? Sure, Pawtuxet River is close at hand. A pleasant close by hotel is Fairfield Inn & Suites Coventry; if you're dropping by from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River, you won't be the only one. This lake is so wonderful. At Matteson Pond you can distinguish Andrews Hill, and if you came to camp Colwell's Campground is a splendid site to do that.
