Maple Root Pond sees pretty high levels of precipitation; through November this area sees the most rain while February is ordinarily the driest month. There's some interesting stuff to see at Flat River Reservoir Dam near Maple Root Pond, and glorious skiing awaits you at Yawgoo Valley. into a kayak and hit Clear and Branch. A beautiful lake like Scituate Reservoir right next door to Maple Root Pond is a tremendous location to stop at; a magnificent close by hotel is Best Western West Greenwich Inn. If you want
a magnificent time in the great outdoors, just come on down to Maple Root Pond. Lakes are such peaceful places, why not explore Lake Mishnock close to Maple Root Pond, and why not camp at Colwell's Campground since you're here at
Maple Root Pond. Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a very brilliant location to check out close to Maple Root Pond; there are some glorious whitewater spots on Matunuck Shore Break. This lake is so wonderful.
Going for a hike on the Ross Trail is always a fine adventure, and for you golfers we recommend close by Coventry Pines Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. At Maple Root Pond you always meet someone from Providence-New Bedford-Fall
River, and after a long day outdoors West Greenwich Super 8 Motel is a magnificent spot to spend a night or two. Throughout the warm days of summer here at Maple Root Pond, high temperatures ordinarily get into the 80's; the overnight
is rather cooler of course, frequently in the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's, and nighttime lows through the wintertime for Maple Root Pond tend to be in the 10's.
