Not enough hours in a day to enjoy this place. Glide down the rapids of Matunuck Shore Break in a kayak; at Maple Lake you can see Shannock Hill. This lake is so wonderful. Visit Beaver River while you're here at Maple Lake, and on a splendid day you can take a hike along the Narragansett Trail. Playing golf is lots of fun at Richmond Country Club, and       Great Swamp Goose Marsh Dam is a beautiful place, unquestionably worth a visit. Charlestown Beach is in close proximity to Maple Lake and is a stunning beach to check out, and if you came for an overnight stay Worden's Pond Family Campgrounds is a perfect location to camp. Lakes are such serene sites, why not explore Pasquiset Pond near Maple Lake; if the weather is wonderful, you can go for a hike along the Clayhead Nature Trail. The warmest time of the year                  at Maple Lake comes with high temperatures in the 80's while overnight lows are usually in the 50's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Maple Lake. Maple Lake is a reasonably wet place usually with a lot of precipitation; November is the wettest month with most rain, and February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Super 8 West Greenwich/Providence is a great choice, and a visit to Gould Neck is always a delightful idea. Man, is there a heap of amusing things to do near Maple Lake. There are other locations here than Maple Lake, for example Great Swamp Goose Marsh; a day at pretty Ninigret Beach in the neighborhood of Maple Lake is a great thing to do.
