Summertime highs at Locustville Pond ordinarily tend to be in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows drop down to the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows all through the wintertime for Locustville Pond tend to be in the 10's. Lakes? Sure, Wyoming Pond is around here, and Yawgoo Valley is a       very popular ski area close at hand. You believe that's sufficient? Just getting warmed up. Whitewater paddling is magnificent on Matunuck Shore Break; Meadow Brook Golf Course is a glorious golf course close by. This lake is so wonderful. Why not camp at Greenwood Hill Family Camp Ground since you're here at Locustville Pond; you can have a fine hiking adventure along the Narragansett Trail. A delightful vista of stunning Fenner Hill is available from                  Locustville Pond, and Browning Mill Pond Area Beach is pretty close by if you're in a beach type of mood. Going for a hike along the Narragansett Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity, and naturally Brushy Brook flows through this area. Life's too short to enjoy all the cool things close to Locustville Pond. While you're here at Locustville Pond you can take a hike along the Clayhead Nature Trail, and paddling on Quinebaug River is so much fun.
