During the days of summer highs here at Little Maschaug Pond get into the 80's. When the night sets in temperatures drop down into the 60's. Daytime highs through the wintertime are in the 30's; nighttime lows in the 10's for Little Maschaug Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Take a side visit to Mastuxet       Brook, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Norwich-New London here. Now, you may imagine that's lots but there's even more exciting stuff to do here at Little Maschaug Pond. Dry warm beds await you at La Quinta Inn and Suites Stonington, and you have to without doubt pop by gorgeous Misquamicut Fire District Beach since you're here. Lakes are delightful; Maschaug Pond is a lake that's in the neighborhood of Little Maschaug Pond. This lake is so wonderful. Since                  you might be in a lake visiting mood you can always pop by close by No Bottom Pond, and going for a hike on the Clayhead Nature Trail is always a brilliant adventure. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Little Maschaug Pond has to offer, you can camp at K O A Kampgrounds, and Sandy Shore Motel and Apts is a splendid location to get some rest. Little Maschaug Pond is a wonderful location to visit for more than one day, Timber Creek RV Resort is a wonderful location to camp nearby, and golf can be played at Winnapaug Country Club. If you want to hit the beach, Misquamicut State Beach is nearby, and there is a pleasant hiking trail close by called the Narragansett Trail.
