There's always Cranston Print Works Pond Dam to pop by right next door to Jongue Pond, and you can always enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Twin Rivers Beach. So many fun things to do here at Jongue Pond, too splendid to be true. You can run the rapids of Clear and Branch in close proximity to Jongue Pond; while you're here, do take a spree to Antushantuck Neck. This lake is so wonderful.       A nice place to camp here at Jongue Pond is Camp Sunrise, and if you need a place to stay Warwick-Days Inn Cranston is a pleasant choice. Yawgoo Valley is a tremendous local ski area; Tongue Pond is a delightful lake close by. A glorious nearby hotel is Courtyard By Marriott Providence/Warwick Airport; Mount Pleasant is beautiful and can be seen from here. This lake is so wonderful. You're sure to run into some smiling people from Providence-New Bedford-Fall                  River here, and lakes are such calm places, why not explore Spectacle Pond. While you're here at Jongue Pond you can play some golf at Triggs Memorial Golf Course, and naturally Pocasset River is a striking stream that is worth taking a look at. The high level of precipitation makes Jongue Pond a reasonably wet place; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a great place in the neighborhood of Jongue Pond; the slopes of Blue Hills are so inviting nobody can resist. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Jongue Pond. When the night sets in temperatures dip down into the 50's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 30's; after the sun is down during the wintertime temperatures at Jongue Pond fall into the 10's. If you love the outdoors, you'll fancy Jongue Pond.
