You'll find a beautiful lake called Mill Pond near Jenny Pond, and beaches are magnificent and Rocky Point Beach is no exception. After a long day outdoors Courtyard Newport Middletown is a wonderful location to spend a night or two, and you'll meet a lot of folks from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River here. for whitewater paddling next to Jenny Pond is Matunuck Shore Break, and it's a tremendous idea to explore Mill Creek. A delightful lake like Nag Pond in close proximity to Jenny Pond is a great site to stop by. This lake is so
wonderful. There's so much to do here at Jenny Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Melville Campground Recreation Area is a great place for that, and Pine Hill is striking and can be seen from here. This lake is so wonderful.
If you came to camp Paradise Motel is a wonderful place to do that; nearby you come across Johnson Ledge which is a brilliant location to stop at.

 | Echo Lake is the best fishing lake in northern R.I. It has large mouth bass, pike, pickeral, and several varieties of pan fish. I have been fishing this lake for 45 years and it still produces some real fine fish....Echo is a nice pond. I go all the time and always catch something. The biggest i caught was a 6.5 pound large mouth on a watermelon colored lizard. Good place for bass....Pond is mostly made up of kivers and mabey a few striped bass nothing orn thsn 2.5 pounds. Takes about an hour, fish are extremly smart and picky. You are better off with brickyard which has fish up to 40 pounds and trout... |
