Indian Lake is a very beautiful lake in beautiful surroundings. Budget Inn-N. Kingstown NR Newport is a brilliant place to get some rest, and if you've had enough of Indian Lake, Lake Canonchet is nearby. Summertime highs at Indian Lake mostly tend to be in the 80's. Once the sun is down it dips down to the 50's. The wintertime comes with highs in the 30's; overnight lows through the wintertime for Indian Lake tend to be in the 10's. This lake is so wonderful.

| | You get a tremendous view of McSparran Hill from Indian Lake; you're probably interested in lakes, Asa Pond is one of those close by. Spend the day on the beach at Conochet Club Beach since you're here at Indian Lake; Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is one of the destinations that are tremendous to go to nearby. There's whitewater on Matunuck Shore Break for all you adrenaline rush seekers, and not far from Indian Lake you get some good | |

water scenery at Indian Lake Dam. Not sufficient hours in a day to enjoy this place. A day at pretty Dunes Club Beach near Indian Lake is a good thing to do. There's so much to do here at Indian Lake that you need to camp here for
a while, Fisherman's Memorial State Park is a great location for that. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Holiday Inn South Kingstown (Newport Area) is a good choice, and Indian Lake is not far at all from
Providence-New Bedford-Fall River. You have to stop by Pettaquamscutt Cove when you're here at Indian Lake; swing by Crooked Brook it's a great site to stop at. This lake is so wonderful. Gin Spring is always fun to check out;
if you came to camp Long Cove Camp Sites and Marina is a great site to do that. Golf can be played at Rose Hill Golf Club; Pettaquamscutt Rock is a pleasant place to visit while in the region. Man, is there lots of cool stuff to do
close to Indian Lake. If the weather is tremendous here at Indian Lake, you can go for a hike along the Clayhead Nature Trail, and the best way to spend a winter day is on the slopes of nearby Yawgoo Valley. The high level of
precipitation makes Indian Lake a pretty wet site; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain, and February is the month with the least moisture.
