Grist Mill Pond is a great lake in an area with lots of outdoors fun all around. Grist Mill Pond frequently gets a good deal of precipitation; the month of November is the wettest with most of the rain; February meanwhile is the driest month. This lake is so wonderful. go far from Grist Mill Pond to see the water at Hawkins Pond Dam. Summertime brings highs in the 80's to Grist Mill Pond. Throughout the moonlight hours it's regularly in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's; winter nights
come with lows in the 10's to Grist Mill Pond. There are some perfect whitewater spots on Quinebaug River; after a long day outdoors Holiday Inn Express Hotel & Suites Killingly (Dayville), Ct is a great place to spend a night
or two. If you're stopping by Grist Mill Pond from Willimantic, you won't be the only one, needless to say you could also visit Bowdish Reservoir while you're here; it's not far at all. And if that's not enough, there's a load more
to do in close proximity to Grist Mill Pond. Swamps like Mowry Meadow are fun to check out, and the Walkabout Trail offers hiking at its best.
