A visit to Green End Pond is always a good idea. The high level of rainfall makes Green End Pond a reasonably wet spot; November is the month that gets the most rain while July is the month with the least amount of precipitation. A spree to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is worthwhile, and a pleasant beach close by is Easton Beach. across a golf course called Newport National Golf Club; get soaked paddling on Matunuck Shore Break. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the entertaining stuff at Green End Pond. A brilliant close by hotel is Quality
Inn & Suites Atlantic Beach Hotel. While you're here at Green End Pond you will meet lots of people from nearby Providence-New Bedford-Fall River, and a beautiful lake like Almy Pond is a wonderful location to check out. Easton Bay
is in close proximity and always delightful to take a look at, and Newport Beach Hotel and Suites is a wonderful site to get some rest. Summertime at Green End Pond comes with high temperatures in the 80's. Summer nighttime lows
sink down to the 60's. Highs during the winter are generally in the 30's with temperatures at Green End Pond dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. This lake is so wonderful. There's no such thing as a bad day of skiing at nearby Yawgoo Valley, and some of the water close by flows, like Bailey Brook.
