This lake is so wonderful. There are some magnificent whitewater spots on Clear and Branch; why not camp at Circle CG Farm Campground if you're here at Gilbanes Pond. While you're here at Gilbanes Pond you can play some golf at Fairlawn Golf Course, and while you're here you will meet lots of folks       from nearby Providence-New Bedford-Fall River. A lake nearby is Gould Pond, and going to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is just something you need to do if you haven't yet. Summer brings highs in the 80's to Gilbanes Pond, and during summer nights temperatures are in the 50's. For the period of the winter highs are in the 30's; night lows in the 10's for Gilbanes Pond.
