Pond is mostly made up of kivers and mabey a few striped bass nothing orn thsn 2.5 pounds. Takes about an hour, fish are extremly smart and picky. You are better off with brickyard which has fish up to 40 pounds and trout

Pond has very nice sized bass in it, they are biting all year, the only thing that stinks is the trolling motor only rule after memorial day weekend

Echo Lake is a nice lake to visit. Echo Lake is a relatively wet place usually with lots of rainfall; of all the months in a year November is the one with the most rain, and July is the month with the least moisture. Do pay a visit to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor since you're here at Echo Lake; on a brilliant day it's a glorious idea to spend the day at Longmeadow Beach. The warmest time of the year at Echo Lake arrives with high temperatures in the 80's. Through the dark hours of summer temperatures dip down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's with temperatures at Echo Lake dipping down into the 10's during winter nights. a place to stay Shangri La Motel is a delightful choice. Looking for something near Echo Lake? Brickyard Pond is close by, and Annawomscutt Brook is one of the streams nearby that might be worth stopping at.

Melville Campground Recreation Area is a splendid campground nearby; pleasant skiing awaits you at Yawgoo Valley. This lake is so wonderful. Stay the night at Paradise Motel, and possibly you're looking for nearby lakes? Sure, Old
Grist Mill Pond is just a very short distance away. If you want to hit the beach, Barrington Beach is in the vicinity, and Allen Neck is close at hand and always brilliant to stop at.
From Echo Lake you get a great vista of Primrose
Hill; Knights Inn Seekonk MA is a great spot to get some rest. Be careful coming to Echo Lake, you might not ever want to go back home again. If you want to play some golf, you're in luck because Firefly Golf Course is in the vicinity; this is a popular place for folks from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River.
