During your stay at Duck Pond do go to close by Steers Beach, and there are swamps here too, Pine Swamp is around here. Not far from Duck Pond, you'll discover Madison Pond which is a gorgeous lake, and dry warm beds await you at Americas Best Value Inn/North Scituate. A day at Slacks Pond Beach next to Duck Pond       is time well spent; everyone close by loves skiing at Yawgoo Valley. If you like the outdoors, you'll like Duck Pond. Duck Pond is great enough to spend more than a day at, Camp Sunrise is a great local campground, and going for a hike along the Walkabout Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this vicinity. This lake is so wonderful. Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is a delightful national park, and Horn Hill can be distinguished                  from Duck Pond. There are other locations here than Duck Pond, for example Pine Swamp Reservoir, and hiking along the Ross Trail is brilliant fun. Through the summer here at Duck Pond, high temperatures generally reach the 80's while night lows are generally in the 50's. All through the wintertime this place gets highs in the 30's, and overnight lows through the winter for Duck Pond tend to be in the 10's. This is no spot for people who don’t like to have fun. If you came to camp Holiday Acres Camping Resort is a great site to do that, and if the weather is perfect, you can go for a hike along the Munyan Trail. This lake is so wonderful. If you need a place to stay Comfort Suites Smithfield is a good choice, and a round of golf at nearby Melody Hill Country Club is a magnificent way to kill some time. Duck Pond is near Kimball Reservoir Dam which is a beautiful place certainly worth checking out, and why not visit nearby Brandy Brook since you're here at Duck Pond. This lake is so wonderful.
