Yawgoo Valley is a great site to do that; do go to Mount Tom Club Wildlife Marsh, it's a pretty lake. After a long day outdoors Budget Inn-Near Foxwoods is a great site to spend a night or two, and swamps are interesting places and Dawley Swamp near Deep Pond is no exception. This lake is so wonderful. There are some tremendous whitewater spots on Quinebaug River. There's so much to do here at Deep Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Greenwood       Hill Family Camp Ground is a good spot for that. You'll stumble on a pretty lake called Frying Pan Pond near Deep Pond, and beaches are pleasant and Browning Mill Pond Area Beach is no exception. You'll wish for more hours in a day to enjoy all the amusing stuff at Deep Pond. Stay the night at Whispering Pines Campground, and a round of golf at nearby Meadow Brook Golf Course is a great way to kill some time. Dry warm beds await you at Super 8 West Greenwich/Providence,                  and if you come at the right time of year, Matunuck Shore Break offers some good whitewater. This lake is so wonderful. Deep Pond is right by the Narragansett Trail; there's some flowing water nearby, Baker Brook is a stream you can pop by during your stay. Don't try to stop me, cause I'm havin' a pleasant time here at Deep Pond. There's some exciting stuff to spot at Mount Tom Club Wildlife Marsh Dam in the neighborhood of Deep Pond, and Bald Hill is painless to spot from Deep Pond. Deep Pond mostly gets a lot of precipitation; the month with most of the rain is November, and February meanwhile is the driest month. For the period of the warm days of summer, highs commonly are in the 80's at Deep Pond. For the duration of the moonlight hours it's ordinarily in the 50's.
