Enjoy a lazy day on the beach at Weekapaug Inn Beach, and Dam Pond is right by the Clayhead Nature Trail. Dam Pond gets a large amount of water; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily November, that's the one that rains the most while February is the month with the least amount of precipitation. During the warm months, highs typically are in the 80's at Dam       Pond. Through the moonlight hours it's typically in the 50's. Highs during the winter are commonly in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Dam Pond. Pine Lodge Motel is a great place to get some rest, and nothing beats kicking back at Fenway Beach. While you're here at Dam Pond you can play some golf at Winnapaug Country Club. This lake is so wonderful. Not far from Dam Pond you hit upon Quahaug Point, and you can run the rapids of                  Matunuck Shore Break. If you came to camp Holly Tree Camper Park is a good place to do that; swamps are attention-grabbing spots and Weekapaug Breachway next to Dam Pond is no exception. If you go for the outdoors, you'll like Dam Pond. The summit of Rabbit Hill can be spotted from Dam Pond, and why not take a refreshing hike along the Narragansett Trail. Yawgoo Valley is a great local ski area. There's so much to do here at Dam Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Timber Creek RV Resort is a good site for that.
