Echo Lake
13 miles away
Echo Lake is the best fishing lake in northern R.I. It has large mouth bass, pike, pickeral, and several varieties of pan fish. I have been fishing this lake for 45 years and it still produces some real fine fish....Echo is a nice pond. I go all the time and always catch something. The biggest i caught was a 6.5 pound large mouth on a watermelon colored lizard. Good place for bass....Pond is mostly made up of kivers and mabey a few striped bass nothing orn thsn 2.5 pounds.  Takes about an hour, fish are extremly smart and picky.  You are better off with brickyard which has fish up to 40 pounds and trout...
