Rumstick Ledge is a tremendous place to spend some time at; a lake close by is Echo Lake. After a long day outdoors Knights Inn Seekonk MA is a wonderful place to spend a night or two; if you're looking for some flowing water? Try Annawomscutt Brook. You'll need more than a day to discover everything Brickyard Pond has to offer, you can camp at Melville Campground Recreation Area, and a tour to close by Drown Cove is very       relaxing. There's so much to do here at Brickyard Pond that you need to camp here for a while, Paradise Motel is a pleasant spot for that, and Yawgoo Valley has delightful slopes and a friendly staff. All through the summertime months highs here at Brickyard Pond get into the 80's. Throughout the dark hours of summer temperatures plunge down into the 60's. The cold days of the wintertime come with highs in the 30's, and through the dark hours in the wintertime                  at Brickyard Pond temperatures sink to the 10's. This lake is so wonderful. Interesting geology is available here; Rumstick Rock is in close proximity to Brickyard Pond, and Blue Hills is a very popular ski area in the neighborhood. Brickyard Pond gets a good deal of water; the month with most of the rain is November; July on the other hand is the driest. If you're looking for a beach near Brickyard Pond, we recommend Warren Town Beach, and a tour to Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor is worthwhile. This lake is so wonderful. On a beautiful day you get a view of Nockum Hill from Brickyard Pond; you'll meet a lot of folks from Providence-New Bedford-Fall River here.
