The beauty of Belleville Pond is reason enough to stop by. This lake is so wonderful. Get your heart pumping on the perfect whitewater of Matunuck Shore Break; Holiday Inn South Kingstown (Newport Area) is a delightful location to get some rest. But wait, there's more to do in the neighborhood of Belleville Pond. It's a nice idea to take a look at Cocumcussoc Brook, it's right next door to Belleville Pond, and lots of folks from Providence-New Bedford-Fall

Camping at Wawaloam Campground is always a perfect experience; swamps like Black Swamp are fun to have a look at. While you're here at Belleville Pond, you could also stop at striking Secret Lake, and Bellville Pond Dam is a gorgeous
location, undeniably worth stopping at. A wonderful view of stunning Cocumcussoc is available from Belleville Pond, and close to Belleville Pond you discover a golf course called Woodland Golf Club. Don't leave Belleville Pond
without first checking out Hannah Robinson Rock; the vistas at Blackstone River Valley National Heritage Corridor will blow your mind. This lake is so wonderful. Have a brilliant hiking adventure along the Clayhead Nature Trail, and
Yawgoo Valley has great slopes and a friendly staff. At Belleville Pond all through the warm days of summer highs are in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's usually in the 50's. The winter comes with highs in the 30's, and winter nights come with lows in the 10's to Belleville Pond.

 | 13 miles away Echo is a nice pond. I go all the time and always catch something. The biggest i caught was a 6.5 pound large mouth on a watermelon colored lizard. Good place for bass....Pond is mostly made up of kivers and mabey a few striped bass nothing orn thsn 2.5 pounds. Takes about an hour, fish are extremly smart and picky. You are better off with brickyard which has fish up to 40 pounds and trout...Pond has very nice sized bass in it, they are biting all year, the only thing that stinks is the trolling motor only rule after memorial day weekend... |
