All the water falling down from the sky makes El Salto a wet spot; most of the rain falls all through November; February is when it's the driest. This lake is so wonderful. Near El Salto you stumble on Quebrada Bambua which is a delightful spot to pop by, and if you get bored of El Salto you could also check out close by Laguna Tortuguero.       There are plenty of people from Jayuya here at El Salto, and time spent at Playa Tortuguero is always great. Just can't get enough of El Salto. On a pretty day you can visit Playa Mar Chiquita next to El Salto, and the top of Cerro de la Bandera is easily seen from El Salto. All through the days of summer at El Salto temperatures are typically in the 90's, and all through summer nights temperatures are in the 70's.
