A lake nearby is Laguna La Torrecilla, and if you want to hit the beach, Isla Verde Beach is close by. Having a magnificent time at Laguna San Jose is trouble-free. There are delightful spots to look at along the Shoe Line       Trail, and don't leave Laguna San Jose without first going for a hike along the Vereda El Yunque.
