Puerto Rico has many beautiful lakes and Laguna San Jose is one of them. Go for a hike on the Vereda El Yunque, and if you get bored of Laguna San Jose you could also pop by close by Lago Alto. Quebrada Juan is close to Laguna San Jose and is without doubt a delightful place to check out, and going for a hike on the Shoe Line Trail is always a great adventure. Summertime highs at Laguna San Jose ordinarily tend to be in the 80's with nighttime lows in the 70's. The winter brings highs down to the 80's, and overnight lows at Laguna San Jose through the wintertime mostly dip into the 70's.

a good idea to spend the day at Isla Verde Beach, and there are good places to look at along the Recreacion Nacional Sendero de las Vientos.
