If you are in Yauco county it's always a good idea to stop by Lago Lucchetti. You think that's enough? Just getting warmed up. There is a good hiking trail close to Lago Lucchetti called the Cobanas Trail; soar down the rapids of Guabo River in a kayak. Going for a hike on the Gutieriez Trail is always a wonderful adventure, and if you're interested in hydro structures, you can stop at Presa Antonio Lucchetti. | | time at, and from Lago Lucchetti you obtain a great sight of Piedra de la Mula.
This lake is so wonderful. Lago Lucchetti is not far at all from Yauco; don't forget to take a great little tour to Rio Chiquito. If you come at the right time of year, Anasco River offers some great whitewater. All the water falling down from the sky makes Lago Lucchetti a wet place; the wettest month of the year is ordinarily September, that's the one that rains the most, and | |

The warmest time of the year brings highs in the 90's to Lago Lucchetti while overnight lows are mostly in the 60's. The wintertime brings highs down to the 80's, and after the sun
is down during the winter temperatures at Lago Lucchetti drop into the 60's. Near Lago Lucchetti you find the La Hoya Trail which is a glorious hiking trail; nothing beats kicking back at Playa de Guayanilla.
