Lago Loiza is a lake worth visiting. Going for a hike along the Shoe Line Trail will let you absorb the natural beauty of this area. You'll find a pretty lake called Lago Alto near Lago Loiza, and if the weather is great, you can go for a hike along the Recreacion Nacional Sendero de las Vientos. The high level of rainfall makes Lago Loiza a relatively wet place; November is the month that gets the most rain; the driest of the months is February.

| | here, you might as well stop by Quebrada Carraizo, and the El Rada Trail is a good hiking trail close by. This lake is so wonderful. Lots of folks from San Juan-Caguas-Guaynabo come to Lago Loiza, and since you're here, you could also have a look at scenic Aljibe las Curias. For the duration of the warmest time of the year at Lago Loiza highs are ordinarily in the 80's. All through the moonlight hours it's commonly in the 70's. Highs through the winter are regularly in the 80's, and winter nights come with lows in the 70's to Lago Loiza.
